VC7: Change in BOD and Supervisory Board

No.7 Vietnam Construction JSC announces change in the BOD and Supervisory Board as follows:

1. Change in BOD: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thiet, Deputy General Manager of Vinaconex Corporation,  has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Van Khac.

2. Change in Supervisory Board: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hong has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board and left the Supervisory Board. Mr. Tran Dan Loi has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hong.
