TS4: Resolution on dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Seafood Joint-Stock Company No.4 unanimously agreed to make the first dividend payment of 2010 to existing shareholders as follows:

* Dividend ratio for the first payment: 6% on par value (VND600/share)

* Record date: June 16, 2010

* Ex-right date: June 14, 2010

* Payment date: July 15, 2010.
