- Ex-date: For T+3 transactions: 19/05/2010

- Reasons: Last Dividend payment 2009 in cash

- Exercise rate: 4% (Shareholders receive VND 400 for every share they own)

- Exercise date: 21/06/2008

- Place of payment:

+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

+ For undeposited shares: LILAMA erection mechanical JSC since 21/06/2010 on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
