NST announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Stock code: NST  

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 20/5/2010

- Ex-date: 18/5/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 by cash

+ Exercise rate: 18% (Shareholders receive VND 1,800 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 25/06/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Office B, Ngan Son JSC, Tien Son Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh, on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
