HOSE announces the record date for the 2nd dividend payment of 2009 of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company:

* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: May 24, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 24 & 25, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
* Record date: May 26, 2010
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700 / share)
* Payment date: June 21, 2010

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
