SJE: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da 11 JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating result 2009:
- Output: VND 414 bil
- Revenue: VND 341 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 24.2 bil
- Dividend payment: 16%
2. Operating plan 2010:
- Revenue: VND 320 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 20.5 bil
- Dividend payment: 16%

6. Setting up funds:
- Profit for distribution: VND 21.29 bil
- Financial reserve: VND 1.064 bil
- Investment and development fund: VND 10.86

- Dividend payment (16% by share): VND 8 bil
7. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009:
8. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2010. In case the profit exceed the plan, management staff will be rewarded a bonus no more than 40% of the excessive profit but not exceed VND 500 mil.
9. Increase charter capital from VND 50 bil to VND 80 bil
10. Moving the head office of the company in QIII/2010
11. Raising capital in Song Hong 36 company, Steel net factory, Tobuong hydro power
12. Assigning the Board of Directors to choose auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement.
13. Assigning the Board of Directors to study Securities Law, State management regulations to decide detailed matters, carry out operating plan 2010 and amend regulations of the company in accordance with the Law.
