XMC: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QI - 2010

According to the Financial Statement Quarter I/2010, net income increased 216.7% compared to Quarter I/2009. Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete & Construction JSC explained the increase as follows:

- Quarter I/2010 the company started to write the revenue from Xuan Mai apartment and trading center, Vinh Phuc apartment, CT2 Apartment Ngo Thi Nham.

- The company invested in equipment, technology, thus the price decreased and profit increased.

-The company had income from real easte sale and stock treasure sale.
