VIS: Decision of extending time for a share offer to public

Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (VISCO) has announced extension time of a license of offering shares to public as follows:

Article 1: Approving extension time of a license of offering shares to public for:

* The company name: Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company

* Abbr.: VISCO

* Address: Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Giai Pham Ward, Yen My Dist., Hung Yen Dist.

* Business License No. 0503000036 issued by the Planning and Investment Dept. of Hung Yen Province first on February 20, 2004 and registered for the ninth change on January 03, 2008.

* Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000

Article 2: The License No.509/UBCK-GCN issued on February 03, 2010 was extended by June 03, 2010.

Article 3: VISCO has to obey the Law.

Article 4: The decision is valid as from April 20, 2010.
