PVG announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC

- Stock code: PVG  

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 10/5/2010

- Ex-date: 6/5/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 and First Dividend payment 2010 by cash, in which:

+ Dividend payment 2009: 8%

+ First Dividend payment 2010: 2.5%

- Exercise rate: 10.5% (Shareholders receive VND 1,050 for every share they own)

- Exercise date: 01/6/2010

- Place of payment:

+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

+ For undeposited shares: Petrovietnam Nothern Gas JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
