S64: Change in BOD and Supervisory Board

Song Da 6.04 JSC announces change in the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board as follows:

- Mr. Nguyen Khac Ha has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Van Hung with effect since 16/4/2010

- Mr. Nguyen Van Trung has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Bui Dinh Dong with effect since 16/4/2010

- Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuat has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Do Bich Ha with effect since 16/4/2010.
