SFN announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Saigon Fishing Net Joint Stock Company

- Stock code: SFN  

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 10/5/2010

- Ex-date: 6/5/2010

- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)    

+ Exercise date: 28/5/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: SFN on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
