Song Da No 9.09 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 21/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of Quarter I/2010

- Revenue: VND 49.430 bil

- Payment to State Budget: VND 6.615 bil

- Profit before tax: VND 12.148 bil

2. Plan for Quarter II/ 2010

- Revenue: VND 38.885 bil

- Payment to State Budget: VND 4.000 bil

- Profit before tax: VND 5.000 bil

3. Objectives for Quarter II/2010:

- Constructions works: Son La Hydroelectric power project; Lai Chau Hydroelectric power project; Package R4-3 on construction of South Quang Nam Road (phase 1); Package 15 in Lai chau.

- Labor export

- Business services: Real estate; securities trading

- Investment project: Tan Van Project, Ngoc Khanh Urban area project, Vinh Ho Urban area project

4. Directions for Quarter II/2010:

- Business plan for QII/ 2010

- Plan for QII/ 2010 on engineering works, project and mechanism management

- Financial plan for QII/ 2010

- Human resources plan for QII/ 2010
