Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company (HA TIEN 1.J.S.CO) has announced delay of the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting and submitting of the 2009 annual report until June 2010.

Reasons: the company has implemented procedures for merging HT2 shares to HT1 shares.
