CSG: Cash Dividend Payment
Sai Gon Cable Corporation (SCC) has announced the record date for the second payment for the 2009 dividend:
* Stock symbol: CSG
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: May 10, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 10 and 11, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)
* Record date: May 12, 2010
* Purpose: To pay the second, 2009 dividend in cash
* Dividend pay-out ratio: 6 %/ par value (VND600/share)
* Payment date: June 07, 2010
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Finance and Accountant Dep. , Sai Gon Cable Corporation, No.1 Road, Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Long thanh District, Dong Nai Province. From June 07, 2010 (Everyday, from 8h – 15h 30’ but Saturday and Sunday)
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for CSG on May 11, 12 & 13, 2010.
