S99: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da No 9.09 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2009
- Profit before tax: VND 30.172 bil
- Investment projects: VND 14.908 bil
2. Plan in 2010
- Investment projects: VND 75.613 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 33.279 bil
3. Results of investment projects in 2009:
- Tan Van Project: hasn’t found purchasing partner yet
- Phinh Ho Hydroelectric power plant project: Finished the geological survey, project appraisal
- Ngoc Khanh Project: Agreed on general layout and preliminary design plan with Architechtural Planning Authority.
- Other projects
4. Investment projects in 2010: continued investment projects in 2009 and find new projects.
