PDC: Directorate Change and Management Change

Phuong Dong Petroleum Tourism JSC announces change in the Board of Directors and Management Board with effect since 26/3/2010 as follows:

- Mr. Nguyen Van Mau has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Phan Huy Thong.

- Mr. Tran Hoai Duc has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Hoang Trung Hung

- Mr. Tran Hoai Duc has been appointed General Manager

- Mr. Hoang Trung Hung has resigned from General Manager.
