Vinacomin - Nui Beo Coal JSC announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

-  Mr. Le Dinh Truong and Mr. Bui Nhu Tung has resigned from Director with effect since 25/3/2010.

- Mr. Vu Anh Tuan has been appointed Chair of the Board-cum-CEO, in place with effect since 25/3/2010.

- Mr. Mai Quang Thai - Deputy Manager and Mr. Dai Duc Hy have been appointed Director in place of Mr. Le Dinh Truong and Mr. Bui Nhu Tung with effect since 25/3/2010.
