- Mr. Tran Ngoc Dieu, Mr. Tran Sy Lam, Mr. Bui Van Ban have resigned from Director with effect since 07/03/2010
- Mr. Tran Ngoc Dieu has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Le Long Giang with effect since 07/03/2010.
