Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company (LAFOOCO) has announced appointment of the CEO approved by the BOD as follows:

* Article 1: Continuously appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Chieu as the CEO in 2010-2014.

* Article 2: The CEO has function, power and obligation as the company’s regulation.

* Article 3: The decision is valid as from March 28, 2010.
