LAF: The list of the BOD

Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company (LAFOOCO) has announced the list of the BOD approved by the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Article 1: Approving members appointed in the BOD by the shareholders’ meeting:

- Mr. Nguyen Van Chieu – the Chairman of the BOD

- Mr. Le Huu Phuong – a Deputy Chairman of the BOD

- Mr. Nguyen Nhu Song – a Deputy Chairman of the BOD

- Mr. Chau Van Duc – a Member of the BOD

- Mr. Doan Van Dong – a Member of the BOD

- Mr. Vo Dong Duc – a Member of the BOD

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Dung – a Member of the BOD

Article 2: The BOD has function, power and obligation as the company’s regulation and the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting.

Article 3: The decision is valid as from March 28, 2010.
