VNSC: Change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital

On 14/04/2010, As approved by the SSC, Vina Securities Joint Stock Company announced the change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital, in which:

- Transferer:

+ Ms Tran Thi Hong Lan : 97,795% charter capital

- Transferee:

+ 49 % of charter capital were transferred toVinaCapital Group Ltd

+ 42.795 % of charter capital were transferred to Mr. Tran Le Nguyen

+ 6 % of charter capital were transferred to Ms. Ho Thi My Diem.
