HTP: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Hoaphat Textbook Printing JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 06/04/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2009

- Revenue: VND 28.483 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 2.411 billion

- Profit after tax: VND 2.124 billion

- Set up fund: VND 0.559 billion

- Dividend payment: 10%

2. Plan in 2010

- Revenue: VND 23 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 1.6 billino

- Payment for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board: 5% of profit

- Dividend payment: 8% - 10%

3. Report of Supervisory board 2009

4. The board of Directors decide to select auditor

5. Chair of the Board will be cum Manager.
