HPC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Haiphong Securities JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 03/04/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2009, report of the Boar of Directors and Supervisory Board

- Revenue: VND 109,522 million

- Profit after tax: VND 12,603 million

2. Plan in 2019

- Revenue: VND 129,778 million

- Profit: VND 55,000 million

3. Increase Charter Capitals’ plan

* Method:

- Seasoned issue bonus shares for outstanding shareholders

- Private placement: 2 methods

+ for strategic investors

+ Price: direct negotiation

4. Payment for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009 and payment in 2010

5. The Board of Directors decide to select auditor.
