DCT: The record date for dividend payment & new share offering
Dongnai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint Stock Company will pay dividend in stock for the year 2007 as follows:
* Stock symbol: DCT
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: April 19, 2010
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on April 19 & 20, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date: April 21, 2010
* Purpose: To pay the first dividend installment of 2009 in cash and offer new shares.
1. The first dividend installment of 2009:
- Exercise ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)
- Payment date: June 4, 2010
- Place of implementation:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Dongnai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint - Stock Company.
2. Issuing new shares to the existing shareholders:
- Issue volume: 9,074,549 shares
- Exercise ratio: 2:1
- The one who owns 2 shares at the record date will be entitled to buy 1 new share. The volume will be rounded down. The fraction parts will be offered to other investors at a price not less than the price issued to the existing shareholders.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 105 shares, the calculation as follows:
+ The number of shares distributed in theory: (105 x 1)/2 = 52.5 shares
+ The number of shares in practice: 52 shares
+ The shareholder who owns rights can refuse to buy all or can buy a part of the offering shares, or transfer rights to others but only once during the time to transfer rights.
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Time to transfer rights: From May 04, 2010 to May 27, 2010
- Time to register and deposit: From May 04, 2010 to May 31, 2010
- Expected trading day: June 10, 2010.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Pay for new shares by transferring money to the account of Dongnai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint - Stock Company.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DCT on April 20, 21 & 22, 2010.
