BMC: The BOD’s resolution

Binh Dinh Minerals Company (BIMICO) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving ratio of the third dividend payment in 2009:

- The payment ratio is at 12% on charter capital (82,618,200,000 dongs) at the record date equivalent to 9,914,184,000 dongs.

- Capital source: The 2008 & 2009 undistributed profit after tax

Article 2: All members in the BOD approved the resolution.
