* Ex-right date: April 14, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on April 14 & 15, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: April 16, 2010

* Purpose: The third dividend payment in 2009

* Payment ratio: 15% (1,500 dongs/share)

* Payment date: May 04, 2010
