HNX notice: PTM under supervision

Pursuant to Point b, Item 1, Article 15 of Regulations on Listing at HASTC attached to Decision No.420/QĐ-TTGDCKHN on 31/12/2007 and Decision No.137/QD-TTGDHN dated 14/4/2009 on amendmenet of Decision No.420/QD-TTGDHN, on 9/4/2010, HASTC announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

- Issuer: The Precision Tools and CNC Machine JSC

- Stock code: PTM

- Reason: Profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2009 is negative.

Supervision period ends when The Precision Tools and CNC Machine JSC overcomes current situation.
