HJS: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Nam Mu Hydropower JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10/04/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report from the Board of Directors 2009 and plan in 2010
* 2009
- Revenue: VND 66.25 billion
- Profit: VND 11.48 billion
- Dividend payment: 15%
* 2010
- Revenue: VND 140.36 billion
- Profit: VND 22 billion
- Dividend payment: 13%

4. Payment for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board 2009 and lpan in 2010
5. bonus share issue plan: The board fof Directors will decide plan
6. Profit distribution plan

9. seasoned issue to increase Charter Capital:
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000/ share
- Total volume of shares offered: 7,560,000 shares
- for outstanding shareholders
- Price: VND 10,000/ share
- Expected rate: 100 : 126 (Shareholder can buy 126 new shares for every 100 shares they own. the number of share will be rounded down to unit digit.
- Unsold shares will be treasury stock
10. Establishment Song Da Tay Do JSC

- Mr Le Van Hung and Mr. Do Van Ha have been appointed Directors in place of Mr. Nguyen Dang Lanh and Mr. Vu Quang Hoi.
12. Change in Supervisory board:
- Mr. Duong Kim Ngoc has been appointed member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Vu Duc Thuan.
