RHC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Ry Ninh II Hydroelectric JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2009

- Revenue: VND 40,575,889,000

- Profit before tax: VND 14,128,719,000

- Dividend: 20%

2. Profit distribution plan for 2009:

- Development Investment Fund: VND 5,170,586,932

- Reward and Welfare fund: VND 1,801,480,000

- Dividend payment by cash: VND 6,400,000,000

3. Plan in 2010

+ Revenue: VND 46,389,000,000

+ Profit before tax: VND 14,054,000,000

+ Dividend payout ratio: 20%

+ Total investment: VND 28 bil, in which:

- Capital contribution to Ha Tay Hydroelectric power project: VND 15.468 bil

- Capital contribution to Dak Psi Hydroelectric power project: VND 12.532 bil

4. Capital contribution to Ha Tay Hydroelectric power project and Dak Psi Hydroelectric power project.

5. Amendment of the company’s Charter.
