Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company (FIMEX VN) has announced the record date for the payment for the 2009 dividend:

* Stock symbol: FMC

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND 10,000

* Ex-right date: May 07, 2010

* Purpose: To pay the 2009 dividend in cash

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 07 and 10, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: May 11, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 12 %/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

* Payment date: May 25, 2010  

* Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company, Km 2132, No 1A highway, No 2 precinct, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang Province.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for FMC on May 10, 11 & 12, 2010.
