- Dividend payment : 45%
- Averages income: VND 2,680,000/ person/ month
2. Plan in 2010
- Profit before tax: VND 9,000,000,000
- Averages income: VND 3,000,000
- Revenue: VND 65,800,000,000
Dividend payment: Minimum 20%

4. Payment for the Baord of Directors and bonus for the Management Board
