- Profit before tax: VND 29,398 million

2. Report of the Board of Directors and plan in 2010

3. Audited financial statement 2009

4. Report of Supervisory Board 2009

5. Dividend payment 2009: 25%

6. Profit distribution 2009:

- Profit after tax: VND 25,246,579,665

7. Plan in 2010

- Product:  54.5 litter

- Revenue: VND 345 billion

- Payable for the state: VND 125 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 20 billion

- Dividend payment: 20%

8. Payment for the board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2010: VND 318 million

9. The Board of Directors select auditor for finance year 2010.
