CTB: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

CTB announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing JSC

- Stock code: CTB

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 22/04/2010

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 20/04/2010

- Reasons: Third Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 5% (Shareholders receive VND 500 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 10/05/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing JSC on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of CTB on 21/04; 22/04 and 26/04/2010.
