SDS: Change in time for Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

SDS announces the change in time for Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010 as follows:

- Name of issuer: Song Da Construction and Investment JSC

- Stock code: SDS

- Song Da Construction and Investment JSC is currently carried out the Charter capital increase from VND 15 bil to VND 28 bil. The increase will be completed in April, 2010 and the number of newly issued share shall be listed within May, 2010. To ensure the lawful rights of outstanding shareholders and new shareholders, Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment has approved for SDS to delay the time for AGM 2010, and expected to organize the AGM 2010 before 30/6/2010.
