Education cartography and illustration JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 03/04/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

- Profit after tax: VND 3,716,574,292

- Dividend payment: 12%

- Retained earning: VND 134,738,063

- Revenue: VND 44 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 39.5 billion

- Dividend payment: 12%

* Payment for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board  2009 and plan in 2010

3. Report of Supervisory Board 2009 and support for AAC Auditing and Accounting Company Ltd be auditor in 2010.

4. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan, Chair of the Board, has been appointed Manager.
