THB: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Thanh Hoa Beer JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 18/03/2010. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Audited financial statement 2009

- Revenue: VND 658,304,462,476

- Profit before tax: 25,294,404,327

- Profit after tax: 19,352,821,628

2. Profit allocation 2009

- Profit after tax: VND 19,352,821,628

- Financial reserve fund: VND 952,474,180

- Welfare and reward fund: VND 952,474,180

- Investment and development fund: VND 1,738,389,268

- Bonus to the management and assistants of BOD: VND 500,000,000

- Dividend payment: VND 13,709,484,000 (12% of the charter capital)

3. Allowance for the Board of directors, Supervisory Board:

VND 282 mil. 

4. Plan 2010:

- Revenue: 597,800,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 30,500,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 22,875,000,000

- Dividend payout ratio: 12%

5. Mr. Vu Xuan Dung – Deputy General Manager of Habeco will hold Director of the company and manage Habeco’s equity in the company.

6. Amendmend of charter of the company.
