HLC: Notice of record date for Dividend payment
HLC announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:
- Issuer: HaLam - TKV Coal JSC
- Stock code: HLC
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 06/04/2010
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 02/04/2010
- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 27/04/2010
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: HaLam - TKV Coal JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of HLC on 05/04; 06/04 and 07/04/2010.
