SMC: The BOD’s resolution

SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (SMC) has announced the BOD’s resolution about changing the 2010 targets as follows:

Article 1: Approving the change of the 2010 targets:

* Revenue: VND5,500 billion

* Production: 500,000 tons of steels

* Profit after tax: VND80 billion

Article 2: Assigning the Directorate to prepare the details for implementing the 2010 targets.

Article 3: Members in the BOD and the Supervisory Board have to implement the resolution.

Article 4: The resolution replaces to the resolution no. 361/NQ-HDQT on November 24, 2009 and is valid as from March 17, 2010.
