KSH: The BOD’s resolution

Hamico Group Mineral Joint Stock Company (HAMICO GROUP) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving the appointment of the following persons:

* Appointing Ms. Dang Thi Thu Phuong – the Chief Accountant as a Deputy CEO and the Finance Director as from March 20, 2010.

* Appointing Ms. Lam Thi Thu Trang – a General Accountant as the Chief Accountant as from March 20, 2010.

Article 2: Approving supplement and adjustment regulation of departments to implement targets.

Article 3: Assigning the CEO and departments to implement the resolution.
