SFC: Resolution of the Board of Directors

Saigon Fuel Company announced a resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

On February 24th, 2010, the Board of Directors unanimously decided to pay 10 percent (Equivalent to VND1,000/share) in cash for the second dividend installment of 2009, and expected the meeting date of the 2009 Annual General Meeting to be April 17th, 2010. The record date to close shareholder list to pay the second installment and hold the Annual General Meeting was expected to be March 11th, 2010.
