KSB: Explanation for the business fluctuation in quarter 4/2009

Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint – Stock Company (BIMICO) has announced the business fluctuation in quarter 4/2009 and 3/2009 as follows:

* Revenue increased 24% and profit after tax increased 28%

* In the end of year, requests of finishing constructions were high. Therefore, using BIMICO’s products also increased highly.

* Constructions which BIMICO worked for outside customers have finished in quarter 4/2009.

* Differences of exchange rate recorded in the end of year and made revenue and profit increase.
