ASM: Changing meeting time of the annual shareholders' meeting

Sao Mai Construction Corporation (SAO MAI CONSCORP) has informed an adjustment of the meeting time for the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting because the meeting time announced in the last announcement was near the Tet Holiday and the company has not finished the consolidated financial statements as follows:
