* Meeting time: 01:30pm April 16, 2010

* Venue: Prima Ballroom AB, Fl. 5, MAJESTIC Hotel - 1 Dong Khoi St., Dist. 1, HCMC.

* Approving reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board

* Approving the 2009 audit financial statements

* Approving the 2010 business plans

* Approving the 2009 profit distribution

* Choosing the audit firm and others

- Shareholders should send confirmation before March 31, 2010 (Ms. Chi – Tel: +8466 375 3250)

- Shareholders have to bring the IP and authorized letter (If any) to attend the meeting.
