PHT: The record date for the 2009 dividend payment and a share offer to the existing shareholders
HOSE announces the record date for the 2009 dividend payment and a share offer to the existing shareholders of Phuc Tien Trade-Manufacture Joint Stock Company (PHT JSC) as follows:
Stock symbol: PHT
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: March 22, 2010
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 22 & 23, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date: March 24, 2010
* Purpose: the 2009 dividend payment and a share offer to the existing shareholders
* The 2009 dividend payment in shares:
- Exercise ratio: 10:1 (A shareholder owning 10 shares on the record date will get 01 new shares on rounding down)
- For example, at the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 2,155 shares, the calculation as follows:
- The number of shares distributed in theory: 2,155 shares * 10% = 215.5 shares
- The number of shares in practice: 215 shares
- Expected issue volum: 1,100,000 shares
- Offering shares to the existing shareholders:
- Exercise ratio: 4:1 (A shareholder owning 04 shares will get 04 rights and owning 04 rights will buy 01 new shares)
- Expected issue volume: 2,750,000 shares
- For example, at the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 2,155 shares, the calculation as follows:
- The number of shares distributed in theory: 2,155 shares / 4 = 538.75 shares
- The number of shares in practice: 538 shares
- The additional issued shares will be rounded down. The fraction shares and the unsold shares (if any) will be sold to other objects with price equal to or higher than VND20,000/share.
- Offering price: VND20,000 /share
- The right to buy shares is transferred only once.
- Time for right transference: From April 08, 2010 to May 06, 2010
Shares from the offer are transferable.
- Time for registering and depositing money to purchase shares: From April 08, 2010 to May 10, 2010
