HOSE announces the record date for collecting shareholders’ agreements by letters of Tan Binh Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (TANIMEX) as follows:

* Stock symbol: TIX

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND10,000

* Ex-right date: March 17, 2010

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 18 & 19, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: March 19, 2010

* Purpose: for collection of the shareholders’ agreements in dividend payment in shares, a share issue for employees and the additional listing if the shares

* Time for sending letters: March 31, 2010

* Expected time to receiving feedback: April 12, 2010

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TIX on March 18, 19 & 22, 2010.
