NSC: Date & Venue of the 2010 Annual General Meeting
National Seed Joint Stock Company (NSC) announced the date, venue and content of the 2010 Annual General Meeting as follows:
* Meeting date: 8:30am, March 21, 2010
* Meeting venue: Lotus 6 Restaurant, Kim Lien Hotel, 7 Dao Duy Anh, Kim Lien, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
* Content of the meeting:
- Report on business operations in 2009, plan for 2010;
- The 2009 Audited Financial Statements (Audited by AFC);
- Report of the Board of Supervisors;
- Profit distribution and dividend payment for 2009;
- Report on salary payment, compensation of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2009; and payment plan for 2010;
- Other issues.
