HOSE announces the record date for the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Vietnam Sun Corporation (VINASUN CORP.):

* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: March 10, 2010
* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 10 & 11, 2010 , sellers will not receive the right.)
* Record date: March 12, 2010
* Meeting date: 8:00am, March 27, 2010
* Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be noticed later.
* Content of the meeting:
- Report on business result in 2009, plan for 2010;
- The 2009 audited financial report;
- Report of the Board of Supervisors in 2009;
- Report of the Board of Directors in 2009;
- Statements will be balloted in the meeting:
- Raising the charter capital from VND200 billion to VND300 billion by issuing bonus shares at a ratio of 2:1.
- Increasing the dividend rate for 2009 from 20 percent to 22 percent.
- Profit distribution for 2010, choice of an auditing company for Vietnam Sun Corporation in 2010.
Other important issues.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VNS on March 11, 12 & 15, 2010.
