Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) announced the meeting time and venue of the 2010 Annual General Meeting as follows:

* Meeting time: 7:30am. Wednesday, March 10th 2010.

* Meeting venue: The meeting hall of Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company, Floor 3, HODECO PLAZA, 36 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ward 7, Vung Tau City.

* Content of the meeting:

- Report on business result in 2009;

- Business result for 2010;

- Financial reports and plan of profit distribution for 2009, and compensation for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors;

- Report of the Board of Directors;

- Report of the Board of Supervisors;

- Balloting on the following issues: The 2009 profit distribution, Business plan for 2010, Compensation for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2010; Choosing an auditing company; the Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Director General; the 2009 dividend rate; Issuing bonus shares at 3:1 and a  plan to issue share to raise charter capital in 2010; a plan to transfer enterprises to joint stock companies according to the form of parent and subsidiary.
