MPC sets up a harbour company & changes the form of a subsidiary in Hau Giang
Minh Phu Seafood Joint Stock Company has changed the form of subsidiary and contributed more capital to set up a harbour company in Hau Giang as follows:
1. Change the form of Minh Phu – Hau Giang Seafood Processing Co., Ltd:
Minh Phu – Hau Giang Seafood Processing Co., Ltd was a former one-member limited company with a charter capital of VND90 billion and wholly owned by Minh Phu Seafood Joint Stock Company. Minh Phu – Hau Giang Seafood Processing Co., Ltd is managing a seafood processing factory project with a capacity of 20,000 tons of products/ year in Hau Giang. To implement the project effectively, Minh Phu Seafood transformed Minh Phu – Hau Giang Seafood Processing Co., Ltd from a one-member limited company to a two-member limited company and raised the charter capital from VND90 billion to VND150 billion. Minh Phu Seafood now holds 90% of charter capital of Minh Phu – Hau Giang Seafood Processing Co., Ltd.
2. Contribute capital to set up Minh Phu Hau Giang Harbour Joint Stock Company:
Minh Phu Hau Giang Harbour Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND200 billion locates in Dong Phu commune, Chau Thanh District, Hau Giang Province. The business activities of Minh Phu Hau Giang Harbour are harbour construction and trade in petrol and dock warehouse. This company will build and trade in harbour in Minh Phu – Hau Giang Industrial Zone.
Minh Phu Seafood Joint Stock Company contributes 40% of charter capital of Minh Phu Hau Giang Harbour Joint Stock Company, equivalent to VND80 billion.
