House Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (HVN J.S Co.) announced information on the record dates for dividend payment and annual general meeting:
1. The 2010 Annual General Meeting
- Record date: March 1, 2010 (Because on February 6, 2010, the Company closed the shareholder list to submit stock registration and depository documents to Vietnam Securities Depository and Hochiminh Stock Exchange. Besides, the first trading date on the Exchange was expected March 30, 2010. Therefore, the shareholder list of HVN J.S Co during this period is remained.)
- Meeting time: 9:10am, March 13, 2010
- Meeting venue: Equatorial Hotel, 242 Tran Binh Trong, District 5.
2. Cash Dividend Payment for 2009
- Record date: March 15, 2010 (Because on February 6, 2010, the Company closed the shareholder list to submit stock registration and depository documents to Vietnam Securities Depository and Hochiminh Stock Exchange. Besides, the first trading date on the Exchange was expected March 30, 2010. Therefore, the shareholder list of HVN J.S Co during this period is remained.)
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 12% (VND1,200/share)
